Sand Colony Market Place
Although most of Sand Colony is one huge market place, here is where the largest number shops can be found. And while most of the shops stock food, you can buy almost anything here, from clothing, to weapons.
During the day here, people bustle about going from shop to shop with ever increasing amounts of packages. There really is a quite a crowd milling through the wares of the roadside stalls, so much so that it makes it a little hard to move along the wide dusty streets. But at night, it's all empty, with row upon row of silent shops, covered with large sheets of thick canvas cloth for protection against night.
In one direction, a swinging sign with pictures of drinks on it advertises a [c]afe and in another direction a broad sign tacked onto a large building states that it is a [h]otel.
Bianco wanders down the street, rubbing his arm. He isn't too fond of crowds after years alone, but he wants to find the rest of the Alka Velno gang.
Moonbay sets up shop, unfolding the colapsable table and setting up an awning for shade, attaching a sign above it, she steps back to admire her handy work, and nearly bumps into someone passing by "Hey, hurry it up would ya? getting the merchandise set up before the customers arrive might be nice!"
Welda appears uninterested in anyone passing by. He seems to be immersed in thought, slumping next to a stall. His mind races with memories as he wishes for the others as he has for years.... Even Jaro's silence would be welcomed by him in his present mood.
Irvine is busy unloading the Gustav's trailers, and disapears behind a stack of boxes as he transfers it over to the stall, muffledly talking to Moonbay "You know, it might go faster if we had a little help."
Bianco pauses a moment to watch the setting up of the tent. Almost like a helcat in stealth mode it hit him. These people were with that kid who had the organoid! He shakes his head, walking again. Man, life had a strange way of repeating itself.
Welda looks up at the crunching of sand. His green eyes lit on the passing Bianco. "My gah," he says softly. "Bianco? Is that you?" He stands up.
"Isn't that the reason we hired the what's-his-name? Where'd he get to anyway...Hey, you! if you wanna get payed, helping might be nice!" Moonbay sighs, and murmers to herself "How come I have to do everything...".
"I meant /you/ could lend us a hand, Moonbay..." He drops the boxes next to the stall and opens one pulling out a smaller box depicting a white command wolf. Staring at it, Irvine gives it a slight shake... it rattles. "What makes you think these are going to sell anyway?" He looks rather sceptical, "There isn't even a lightning saix..."
Bianco turns around. He recognizes that voice. "Welda?" he asks. Finally his eyes land on the green hair of Welda. "Welda! Long time!" He comes up and slaps Welda heartily on the back. "What have you been up to?"
Bull's voice calls back from the direction of the Gustav, and his head soon follows, sticking out from behind a stack of the ordinary brown boxes. There certainly seem to be enough of them, uniform brown boxes tower over the Gustav. "I am helping! But someone's messed up the Zaberfang's, I can't find the black ones."
"They're right in front of you," Moonbay watches as Bull hunts futily amoung the forest of boxes "Never mind!" She calls out, "I'll look for them, you mind the store, and Irvine," she states and smiles, "you can help me carry them."
"Nothing, really," Welda's reply is cut short as his ears catch a familiar voice.
Irvine mutters but complies, wandering over to help Moonbay "Next job I get is definitely not going to involve escorting a trailer load of toys across the desert..."
Bull sighs, and sits behind the table, unpacking the model Zoids and setting them up on the table, almost unconsciously he aranges a guyzac, a few desert command wolves, molgas a redler and a redhorn together in one row. "Stupid job," Bull finishes emptying the boxes that he can access (the others being back with Moonbay, Irvine and the Gustav in a messy jumble) and picks up one of the model kits, reading "Action figure kit with wind up motor, build, customise, mobilize...Hmm" and places it back among the others. This sure is boring, but it's a way of earning money... Bull rests his head in his hands, leaning his elbows on an area of the table top not taken up by little model kits and staring at the milling crowd, letting his eyes glaze over and his thoughts wander to better times.
Bianco follows Welda's wandering gaze. "Welda? Something wrong?" he asks. His own eyes wander over the stalls a moment, trying to find what Welda is looking for. He notices something. "Welda, is that..." he squints. "Bull!"
Welda's gaze trails not far behind Bianco's. "It is! Bull!" Welda waves his hands above his head.
Bull blinks out of his stupor, is someone waving? Hey.. That looks like... "Welda?" he asks disbelieving, it IS! "WELDA HI!" Bull stands up quickly, and waves back with one hand, only to knock several of the toys off in the process and having to retrieve them hastily before Moonbay notices. Happily it appears she and Irvine are too busy arguing about something.
Moonbay's voice carries across the marketplace, even if only in snatches "They will sell! Everyone likes Zoids and here's a way that even kids can own 'em, why on Zi wouldn't they sell!"
Irvine's reply, as he isn't shouting, is lost amidst the sea of noise.
Bianco grins. "I'll be a cannon tortoise... who woulda known?" He raises one hand in a slight wave as he and Welda work their way over to Bull.
Welda fights to follow Bianco. So many people just pushing their way around. Why can't they see that three long lost friends have finally found each other?
Bull suddenly feels the happy feeling drain away, what'll the others think about him taking up second rate jobs, working with Moonbay and Irvine no less, and not to mention that he removed the line across his face, he now feels almost naked without it, but it seemed the only choice at the time. Stares resentfully at the toys, minding them sure is a pain, if not for the stupid toys he could go meet Welda and Bianco, instead of having to wait here. "I'll bet Bianco and Welda are hotshot pilots in the new Guardian Force or something..." he mutters. Still, IF the Desert Alca Valino gang was back together, they couldn't not ask him to rejoin, after all, what would it be without him? and he finds that thought a little cheering.
Bianco finally reaches Bull. "Hey, I see you're better off than I am," he nods at the toys. He hesitates a minute, just glad to have his friends around again. "So, aside of having a job, what have you been up to?"
Welda stumbles out behind Bianco, falling on his face. "All these people--" his words are cut off as a lady passes. He prepares to stalk her, but a firm hand on his shoulder halts him. He looks up to Bianco. "Heh, can't help myself," he mutters, then turns to Bull, "Hey, bud! How have you been?"
Bull grins at his friends, noting with an extra smile Welda being, well... Welda... And Bianco stopping him. What wouldn't he give to have the gang back together again.. "Well it hasn't exactly been fun, but I've survived, how about you two?"
Welda still eyes the departing woman. "Well, aside of lonely and bored... okay." He glances at the distracted Bianco and sneaks out after the girl.
Bianco grins, tripping Welda. "You can't get away from me that easily, Welda." Bianco looks up at Bull. "I've just.. been alive, I guess," he shrugs. "Been alone. And hungry got any food?" he asks, searching Bull's expressions.
Irvine hears Bull talking to Bianco and Welda, his direct line of vision obscured by the boxes of ZaberFangs that Moonbay found, and which he's being made to carry. "Oh no, not more of them." His lack of enthusiasim is rather evident in his tone of voice, it sounding like he'd rather drink salty coffee or eat a moldy papaya than talk to Welda and Bianco. "Rosso and Viola are great, but I can really do without their lackys," he mutters to Moonbay as he ajusts the boxes so that he can actually see where he's going.
Moonbay shhhes Irvine, and speaks in a hushed whisper "I'm not exactly glad to see them either, but who cares who they are," she smiles and nudges Irvine in a conspiring manner with her elbow, almost making him drop the boxes, adding cheerfully "You never know, they might even buy something..."
Bianco frowns slightly as he picks up a faint trace of the conversation. He puts a hand on his hip and says, "Now how on Zi you end up with these guys?"
Moonbay sidles forward, neatly displacing a suprised Bull who was just about to answer and putting on her very best store owner manner complete with bright smile and complying tone "Good day gentlemen, can I interest you in the purchase of a wind up Zoid model?"
Irvine grins as Bull is sent sprawling and ignoring Moonbay's mercenary tactics with indifference born from over exposure, sets the boxes down and starts unpacking.
Welda shoves past Bianco. "Hey, Sweetie, how about I get you instead of a model?"
Bianco kicks Welda. "Knock it off, Hot Shot. It seems she's already taken," he says, glancing at Irvine.
Welda whines, "Aww, Bianco, why do you always gotta spoil my fun?"
Bianco frowns, "Welda, I don't think hitting up on women is qualified as entertainment."
Welda whimpers, pulling a face at Bianco. "Still, I'm gonna be single all my life with you around."
Bianco rolls his eyes. Welda really could use some lessons on manners. "Sorry about that." He looks the models over.
Irvine raises an curious eyebrow at the converstation, but returns to sorting out the ZaberFangs. Moonbay can take care of herself....
Bull cringes and rests his head despairingly upon the post at the rear of the stall. Hopefully having old friends hitting on your employer isn't a valid reason to get fired. Even so, he would like to continue the conversation with Bianco and Welda, though it's a little difficult with Moonbay trying to force them into buying something and listening in on anything they might say. Besides, it's probably illogical to expect any sane response from Welda until Moonbay turns off the store owner charm.
Moonbay stares pointedly at Welda her expresion souring, and muttering something darkly under her breath but she smiles reassuringly at Bianco, and the store manner returns, though sounding a little fixed and her teeth seem to be gritted into the bright smile. "No problem at all. So is there any particular Zoid you'd like to see? Not all of them are unpacked yet..." here she glances back at Irvine and Bull and scowls, some help those two are, for anything.
Bianco shrugs. "Well, we were kind of catching up with Bull, there," Bianco points to the poor kid stuck behind Moonbay. "But, now that you ask it," Bianco rummages for some cash and manages a few gallos. "How much is the Desert Command Wolf, might I ask?"
Welda sulks, muttering "I was trying to /catch/ a pretty girl."
Bianco grits his teeth, his face blushing. He turns to Welda, hissing "Shut up, you Moron!"
"Hey, Moonbay, is something wrong with these ZaberFangs, or are they meant to be yellow and transparent?" Irvine holds up a ZaberFang box questioningly, "It says black on the box..."
Moonbay's eye lid seems to have developed a twitch, and despite the heat of the market the air around her suddenly seems to drop a few degrees in temperature, "Desert Command Wolves are five gallos each, seven if you want the extra weapons that don't normally come with the kit..." Though she's talking to Bianco, she's looking at Welda, and none too plesantly. "And Bull can spend time chatting once he's finished doing what he was payed for...." The complying tone has vanished and she locks Welda with a hard challenging stare.
Bull is destracted from the rapidly degenerating situation by the awesome prospect of Zoid kits made from see through plastic "Ooooh, can I see?" Irvine holds up the model box for inspection, "I've never seen a yellow zaber tiger before, I wonder if it's rare..."
Bianco counts out five gallos and hands it to Moonbay, being as pleasent as a nervous man can be. While distracting Moonbay with the money, he gives Welda a sharp kick and a hard stare out of the corner of his eye. "Thank you, and," his voice drops to a whisper, "Sorry about Welda here."
Welda whines about the kick, but silences with the harsh stare.
Irvine shrugs dismissively, "Personally, I think Dr.D just messed up while making the black ones, not that I mind..." He turns the box over, admiring the bright pictures "It's actually an improvement."
Bull wonders how he's going to wriggle away from Moonbay and Irvine and still get payed, he really doesn't want to lose sight of Bianco and Welda again after all this time.
Irvine asks, "Moonbay, how much do these cost?"
"Aaaah," Moonbay happily accepts the money, taking a desert command wolf from the table top and dropping it neatly into a paper bag. She holds out the bag to Bianco and smiles, adding a little forcefully though still in a whisper "Don't mention it," Thinking to herself, hopefully, not every sale will be like this one, maybe I could rope Irvine into selling them, if the sight of him hulking behind the counter wasn't enough to scare customers away that is... "Enjoy your Zoid and your day." She says brightly, calling back to Irvine "Twice whatever it says on the list if you're buying it".
Irvine scowls and drops the Zoid back into the box, suddenly disinterested.
Bianco nods, "Thank you," he glances at Bull. With a slight nod and grin he grabs Welda and says loudly "Let's go, Welda," then softer, "You really want to hit on her?" a sinister grin spreading across his face.
Welda is confused. "Um, not only that, but, you know. Date her," he whispers.
Bianco grins bigger and whispers, "You act as if you sneek away from me and we'll liberate Bull from her and her um.... man friend." Bianco winks and pretends to look at another stall.
Moonbay is quite pleased to see them go, even if Bianco did buy something, muttering to Irvine "For the trouble the green headed geek is worth they should have bought us out."
Bull sighs and helps Irvine unpack.
Welda grins and edges away from Bianco. When Bianco 'doesn't notice' he slips back up to Moonbay. "Are you sure you don't wanna go out sometime?"
Bianco follows the crowd to where he can signal to Bull without the other two seeing him, and waits for the perfect moment.
Moonbay's patience snaps with an almost audable sound. She rips one of the yellow Zaberfang boxes out of Irvines startled hands and lobs it angrily at Welda's face, screaming in frustraited anger "GET AWAY FROM ME YOU JERK!"
Irvine blinks in surprise, rushing forward to save the model from it's fate "Hey! Don't throw the merchandise around! I didn't escort you all the way through the desert just to have you throwing my future money around!"
Moonbay rounds on Irvine "YOUR FUTURE MONEY!? WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING ANY!"
Bianco grins. Welda's done it this time. "Psst, Bull," he hisses, waving.
Welda eeps and ducks, "Man, I just asked you out! You can just say no!" he cowers, trying to keep their attention on him.
Welda asks, "Are you sure, tho?"
Bianco rolls his eyes. Even if Moonbay had said no, Welda just cannot take no for an answer.
Bull is mesmerised by the conflict, poor Welda, even if he did kind of have it coming... He becomes aware of Bianco's signal and grins, trust Bianco to have something to do with this, and it really is the perfect time to make good his escape, he edges away gradually, melding into the crowd until he can make his way over to Bianco, eluding the would be captors which bound him by contract. Bull smiles happily to himself, "Just like old times."
Irvine frowns and raises his voice to match Moonbay's volume, "I SURE AS ZI DIDN'T PROTECT A PACK OF STUPID TOYS FOR CHARITY!"
Moonbay and Irvine yell simultaniously at Welda "WILL YOU SHUT UP!"
Bianco grins. "Yes, indeed," he says, waving at Welda. "Time to fly pal!"
Welda watches the two angry people a moment and nods. "I will shut up, byby!" With that he runs off to Bianco's side. "Time to fly indeed!" he runs to his Molga, parked just outside of town.
Bianco laughs, holding his bag in one hand, and running. "Come on Bull!" he encourages.
Irvine and Moonbay continue their agrgument, several people in the crowd stop to watch and gather the Zoid models which Moonbay has started using as missile weapons and which Irvine is desperately trying to save, both too distracted and involved at the model throwing match to have noticed the absence of Welda or Bull at this point.
Welda runs, laughing. "Well, at least we liberated Bull, even if I didn't get a date!"
Bianco chuckles, seeing the zoids. "No kidding. Too bad about your date, Welda." He grins at Welda, his face quite contradicting his words.
"Coming!" Bull grins wildly and races off after Bianco and Welda, heading for his guyzac and leaping hastily into the cockpit. The Zoid starts into life as the canopy whooshes shut, Bull's voice sounding over the radio, filled with mirth and a sense of unrestrained freedom, "Quick, lets get out of here before they realise!"
Welda jumps in his Molga. "I'm with you there. Remind me never to ask her out again," he laughs heartily, dispise his loss.

Elemia Desert
A vast yellow desert that stretches to the [e]ast, [w]est, and [n]orth. To the south, however, a [c]liff blocks your view of the enormous desert. The sand around your feet is littered with zoid tracks, that meander over the gently undulating dunes.

Geno-Breaker
Blue Genosaurer
Helcat(#55159)
Chad embraces the Zoid Core of the Helcat, the light dramatically illuminating his features, hiding his blue eyes in shadow. His hands rest atop the core as the rest of him almost seems to hide within it. His wavy hair wafts around his head, staying afloat due to heat.
A lone flash of red and glowing brilliance appears on the horizon off to the right, along with a sound of very distant, yet continuous, thunder. Sun light gleams off of the red object's blades as it comes slightly closer and forms the shape of a Geno-Breaker, crossing the landscape in a swift diagonal line which doesn't look as if it will get much closer before leaving once more.
The Helcat crouches, as Chad notices the Genobreaker. /Who is that?/ Chad wondered. He had yet to notice the blue genosaurer. He watches the Geno Breaker carefully. That was a new kind of zoid.
A tiny black speck flits along some distance behind the Zoid in the far distance and breaking away from it's currently course and the red zoid, it arrows toward the small group assembled in the desert.
The Helcat hesitates, pawing the ground as Chad notices the organoid. Being only half, he wasn't sure how he'd handle with a full blood organoid. The Helcat holds its ground, waiting for the black organoid to make its move.
Shadow halts not very far away, flaring its wings to use the air as an aid in slowing its speedy rush to a halt. Shadow hovers uncertainly, glistening black in the early morning sun as he watches the helcat a slight roar builds from a steady growl and issues forth, most likely a challenge, or question of some sort, or perhaps even, a threat...
In the far distance the tiny red shape stops, the glow fading as it halts in its progress across the desert, and stays there for a while, almost as if missing something...
The Helcat jumps forward, turning on claw to face the organoid. With a snarl, it aims the dual cannon at the organoid. PAM! A barrel explodes and falls from the scar received by Shadow. Chad grunts from within the Helcat. He glares at Shadow and fires from the remaining barrel.
Shadow glows as it swoops and rolls in a fine acrobatical aireal display, dodging most of the energy blasts. The glowing organoid melts into a flash of bright light, losing its form with a shriek of anger as one of the shots finds its mark. It plows toward the midrift of the helcat, a glowing bolt of energy like a shard of lightning from above.
The Genobreaker breaks off from its current course and with a steadily increasing glow glides swiftly over ground in the direction of the helcat, following the trajectory Shadow took, either by design or default, though it's still a fair way away.
Chad's eyes widen as he tries to avoid the organoid, but, unfortunately a full blood organoid is faster than a half organoid, and the Helcat's left hind leg is disabled. "No!" Chad grunts, seeking Shadow to finish the organoid, if possible. He tries to turn the Helcat around, but it is useless, without a leg, the zoid is a sitting target. Chad licks his lips, looking in the direction of the leg. He closes his eyes and prays for enough time to heal the Helcat. He focuses all energy to the one leg, rebuilding it as rapidly as possible.
Shadow, still in shapeless form turns around reforming himself into ORganoid shape and loosing his almost blinding glow. He roars his victory into the sky, a rasping sound filled with a desire to kill and main that hasn't been seen to since Raven stopped his routine hunting and destruction of Zoids. The organoid, pleased with his imminent victory dives down in a graceful arch, full of purpose and arrowing in for the anticipated kill.
With fuzzy distance induced static, faint yet shouted words reach over the various frequencies to crackle persistantly for all who care, or who are around, to hear in this isolated spot, "Shadow! What are you doing?! Leave the stupid zoid alone and get back here at once!"
Shadow pauses in his downward dive, rasping his anger in an irritaited snarl, directing it at the genobreaker though his gaze remains focused upon the prone helcat.
Chad is greatful to the Geno Breaker as it bought him just enough time to heal the leg well enough to turn the Helcat around. He fixes his sites on the organoid, ready to distroy it. "Shadow, is that your name?" he said softly, his breath steaming. "Well, farewell, Shadow."
Efficting a lazy turn, the red Zoid zooms back in the direction of its original course, the unkown voice stating "Come Shadow," in firm tones that leave no room for argument as the Zoid apparantly shrinks in size from increasing distance.
Shadow glances once more at the helcat, obviously unwilling to break off this fight though its victory in it seems less assured than it did a few moments ago. The organoid nonetheless relents and follows obidiently after, with a roar and a flash of light it zooms after the Genobreaker with speed difficult to see, let alone follow with any weapon system.
Chad watches the departure, holding his fire. "No you don't!" he yells, trying to move the Helcat forward, but the leg sparks, disabling again. Chad growls, gritting his teeth and giving up. "You win this time!" he shouts after the duo.
#Anka Anka Anka Anka# The metalic whir and grind of gears sound as a desert colored command wolf runs in a straight line across the desert. The pilot, a white haired young man with a purple band across his face, seems to be running from something, even tho he doens't look back to check to see if he's being followed.
A black and red Zaber fang slinks it's way tirelessly at a casual pace though the seemingly endless desert of sand. The sun glints off the gold coloured metal of its teeth and claws and makes the green eyes shine, though, due to their relatively small size, it's hard to see the pilot from this distance.
#Anka anka anka SHHHHHHHH# The Command Wolf skids to a halt, watching the Zaber Fang with weapon system ready. The pilot hadn't noticed the other zoid before the command wolf stopped, and he watched the Smilidon type amble across the desert. Man the desert sure as Zi was getting crowded these days
The zaber tiger keeps on moving, though it must have noticed the command wolf by now, for it turns around in a lazy arc, stopping before its proximity becomes too much of a threat. And with the slight sound of a barely inaudable click, the canopy whooshes open revealing the pilot to be abviously someone of military importance. He wears a pristene uniform and cap with the ease of a second skin, though such an outfit would probably bother most other people. And while it would have been more practical to simply use the comsystem, speaking this way indicates a certain degree of trust and unhostile intent. "Greetings Bianco,"The figure in the cockpit gives a small salute, reaching his hand up toward the cap and small tufts of blond hair peeking beneath it, "I haven't seen you in a while, so I'm hoping I got your name right..." His manner is jovial and friendly, though he seems a little surprised still at seeing someone this far out in the desert.
The Command wolf lowers its head, the cockpit wooshing open hesitantly. The young pilot stands up. "Shoobaltz," Bianco says, saluting akwardly, "You got my name right." His attire consists of the usual white t-shirt with long purple sleeves reaching out from under it and his matching purple pants with knee high boots. He also seems surprised, but doesn't say much, or let on that he is shocked at someone else's presence. With a slight grin, he says, "The desert's getting full, too, isn't it?"
Shoobaltz chuckles slightly and lowers his head in a nod "How very true. I came out here to practice some tactical moves with my Zaber Fang, thinking I'd be pretty much alone and not endangering anyone... So far I've seen at least three Zoids at a distance, and run into you." he shrugs, lifting his forearms into the air. "You've got to see the funny side to it, but it would be interesting to know why so many poeple are wandering about in a wasteland..."
Bianco grins slightly. "It would be nice to know why you can't go any where and be alone nowadays. I ran into Raven and a female friend of his the other day. Oh what was her name?" He pauses to scratch the back of his silvery white hair in thought, "Riese? Yes, that's it." Bianco pauses awkwardly. It has been long enough since he made contact with people, making it difficult to carry on a conversation.
"Riese," his jovial tone drops suddenly into serious, giving the words a flatter sound but with a slight bitter edge, and the smiling expression falls from his face. "I've encountered her before...In some ways she's far more of a danger than Raven, or was, I should say." He takes a moments break to run his eyes in a quick but thorough scan over Bianco and the command wolf, before reaching up subconsciously to rub at the side of his neck. "Wonder what they're doing this far out...And if the the rest of the Empire would like to know about it," as if remembering something he halts, looking closer at Bianco "If you don't mind my asking, why did you and the rest of the Desert alca Valino gang leave the Imperial forces after the battle at Red River? I should have enquired before now, but I was a little busy afterwards..."
Bianco shrugs. "We were blamed for the failure pretty much. We were called traitors, even tho we were ordered to attack the Empirial forces." Bianco cast a somewhat cold glance at Shoobaltz. "We couldn't tell why. So the Alka Velno gang was afterwards disbanded." Bianco's eyes glaze over in memory of fonder days. "It was hard to leave Rosso so me and Jaro broke him out of jail and we planned to kidnap Rudolph, but we ended up encountering a group who wanted to ASSASSINATE Rudolph, so we actually ended up smugling him out of the empire to safer lands."
Shoobaltz shakes his head, hissing something under his breath that sounds faintly like "Marcus" then states out loud. "I wasn't aware of that, and though I had nothing to do with it, I'd like you to accept my apology on behalf of the Guylos Empire." He bows his head and his hat falls forward slightly, though is flicked back into proper position when his head jerks upright. "And though kidnapping his highness should count as an act of treason, I commend your loyalty to your comrades... and thank you for saving Rudolf's life." A smile lights his face, "Besides, Rosso and Viola are well known for their heroic deeds, I'm sure their pardon extends to all the one time members of the Desert Alka Veleno gang.... Infact," Karl looks at Bianco as if wondering if he should continue.
Bianco nods at Shoobaltz, "Apology accepted, and thanks." Bianco brings his left hand uncontiously up to his right arm, rubbing just below his shoulder slightly. With a short sigh, he clears his throat. "Mind if I ask how Rosso, Viola and Rudolph are doing?"
His mouth tightens as he notices Bianco rubbing his arm... An injury caused by the Empire perhaps? Physical and emotional, Prozen and Marcus have a lot to answer for... "You're welcome," and again he smiles,"I haven't seen Rosso and Viola in a while, or Emperor Rudolph, for that matter, but all were well when I did see them last..." Without pausing he rushes into the next question before his nerve wavers, affirming his determination with an abrupt nod, "I know it would be an insult to offer you a position in the Guardian Force...And such an organisation would probably negate your true skills. However, if the Desert Alka Valino gang ever regroups, I'm sure you'd be welcome as a special unit of the Empire. Of course, it would be your choice..." Shoobaltz's smile broadens into one of genuine warmth, "And I know Rudolph would love an extra excuse to meet with you all more often."
Bianco seems somewhat taken aback by this question. "Ah, well," he stammers, searching Shoobaltz, quite confused. "To be honest, the most piloting I've done since Rosso and Viola rescued Rudolph is just running around. I haven't fought much and my skills might have become rusty over the years." However, Bianco stops, thinking. "But," he says, stopping, "That does sound interesting. One problem." He looks up at Shoobaltz. "I haven't seen the others for years."
Colonel Shoobaltz's smile fades a little, as he considers the problem "Hmm I didn't think of that, still, I'll suggest it to Rosso and Viola when I see them next, they might know where the others are...I wouldn't worry about your skills though, I'm sure they'll return with time and a little practice. Good Zoid pilots don't just forget their skills entirely." He salutes again, as a gesture of respect. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to try and find a less crowded corner of the desert," he flickers a quick wink and a quirky smile, adding "If they still exist that is...Good luck Bianco, where ever your wandering takes you, and I look forward to seeing you again maybe." He reaches his right hand down out of the salute as the canopy starts to close, and sits down altering a few controlls in the blinking arrays of the cockpit.
Bianco nods, somewhat surprised at Shoobatlz, and retreats back into his own cockpit, considering the idea of once again being with his friends. A slight smile stretched across his face as he turned the command wolf to head the opposite direction. #Anka Anka Anka# The gears once more whir, but in a happier tune asthe command wolf gallops into the wavering desert, slowly dissapearing and melting into the desert as the distance grew.
The black Zaber Fang watches the command wolf for a moment longer, it's green eyes glinting dully in the light as it stares after, then turns slowly away, swinging around and continuing in it's previous direction. Slowly picking up speed as it runs across the desert before it vanishes completely, a black speck in a sea of brown.
